What are your opening hours to access my caravan?
We are open 24 hours for access. The office is open at peak periods but we can be reached by phone in an emergency.
What if we need to contact you and the office is closed ?
There is a 24 hour intercom where you can speak to us, available next to the office. In emergency you can call mobile numbers out of hours.
Can we do maintenance on site to our caravan ?
Yes you can, but no generators to be used and no maintenance to be carried out if it interferes with caravans adjacent , only appointed caravan service companies allowed onsite.
Do we keep the same pitch all the time?
Yes you park in the pitch which is allocated to yourselves every time.
Can we bring guests onto site?
We do not allow guests onto site in respect of security, guests are welcome to wait near the office area.
Can we make a cup of tea in our caravan whilst it is in storage?
No, this is not allowed as gas is to be turned off whilst in storage.
Can we empty our chemical toilet in your campsite chemical disposal point?
No, sorry this is for campsite customers only.
Are you an insurance recognised caravan storage site?
Yes, we are a CaSSOA Gold storage site. Our Site number is 0189.
Do we get cheaper insurance if we store our caravan with you ?
Yes, many insurance companies offer a discount to customers using our site.
Do we have to sign an agreement with Romley Caravan Storage Ltd?
Yes, we have a license agreement for storing your Caravan. This is filled in at the office when you first bring your caravan / motorhome. Please click the link to see a copy of the agreement.
